These terms govern your use of DetectivePPC. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
Account Registration
You must be 18 years or older to use DetectivePPC. You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Service Description
DetectivePPC is an AI-powered audit tool for Google Ads accounts. We provide read-only analysis, generate PDF reports, and deliver actionable recommendations. We do not modify your campaigns.
Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Abuse the service or attempt to circumvent its limitations
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our technology or methodology
- Share your account with others or use it for multiple unrelated businesses
- Use the service to build or support competing products
Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds after 14 days.
Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial of Basic plan features. One trial per user. We reserve the right to modify trial terms at any time.
Google Ads Data
By connecting your Google Ads account, you authorize us to access your data with read-only permissions. You retain ownership of your data. We process it only to provide the audit service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Intellectual Property
We own the service, audit methodology, and AI models. You own your data and the audit reports generated for you. You may use reports for your business or clients.
Limitation of Liability
Our recommendations are advisory and do not constitute guarantees. We are not liable for any actions you take based on audit results or for any damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. On termination, your access ceases immediately. Your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
